Ringers Western is growing fast, with our second NSW store landing at Macarthur Square. We're looking for a legendary crew of Leadership & Casual Sales Associates to help us kick the doors open.

If you live and breathe the country lifestyle, love our gear, and want to be part of something brand new and exciting, this is your shot. We're building a team from scratch and looking for the passionate, energetic people who will define the Ringers Western experience in NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

As one of our founding Sales Associates, you are the heart and soul of the shop floor. You're not just selling gear; you're sharing the Ringers Western story with every customer who walks in. You will:

  • Be the friendly, welcoming face of our brand, providing top-notch service.
  • Become a product expert and help customers find the perfect gear.
  • Help create an awesome, high-energy store vibe alongside the rest of the founding crew.
  • Keep the store looking sharp, from merchandising to managing the stockroom.

What We're Looking For

We can teach you the ropes, but we can't teach passion. We're looking for people who bring the right attitude and a love for the brand. We need someone with:

  • Flexible availability: You're able to help us cover weekends, late-night trade, and our busiest periods.
