About The Role Manage electronic referrals, new business requests, renewals, endorsements, and amendments, ensuring tasks meet service standards. Work closely with management and the underwriting team to drive profitable growth and improve underwriting approaches. Build relationships with local brokers, distribution, and underwriting teams to strengthen partnerships. Monitor key financial indicators (GWP, Leakage, Profit) and maximize retention of preferred accounts. Underwrite insurance risks in line with guidelines, escalate higher risks, and ensure compliance with contracts and process improvements. About You Passionate about delivering quality, responsive service to both internal and external customers. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and positively influence the team. Experience in operational, commercial underwriting with exposure to multiple annual underwriting cycles. Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing tasks effectively.
