What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a team of lawyers.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organisational standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal terminology.
