Autobahn Mechanical and Electrical Services Banksia Grove is seeking a customer service focused and time managed / organised Store Service Manager for their market leading up-market service centre located in Balcatta

We are looking for motivated people possessing the following talents:

  • Excel in customer service - This is a MUST
  • Motivated and eager to succeed
  • Excellent people skills and communication
  • Desire to succeed and become a part of a growing business
  • Experience in automotive service management preferred but not required
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Have impeccable time management and great with staff management
  • Aspirations to one day buy their own franchise

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary, $100-$110k for the right applicant
  • Performance based incentives and fuel card
  • Run the store as if it were your own

*Salary, Fuel Card & Saturday ROP set. Commission based on hitting targets set by employer.

Those without previous experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply. Ideally suited for someone eager to succeed and set them selves up long term, in a fun and positive management role without requiring the experience others chase. Full adequate training provided by the owner before starting.
