About the role.

We're looking for exceptional Change Practitioners to join our awesome team.

As a Change Practitioner, you have excellent understanding of how effective change management frameworks, methodologies and business readiness initiatives can support people and organisations to flourish during times of change.

You draw on your breadth of experience in designing, developing, executing and reporting on change management plans for the organisation.

Leveraging your interpersonal skills, you will successfully engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that change initiatives are delivered on time and within budget through increasing adoption and utilisation. Your success is built upon delivering change initiatives that create a great experience for our customers and business.

You will (the role)

  • use a people centered approach to design holistic strategies and experiences that engage and support people to successfully transition through change, adopt new ways of working and create value for the business
  • apply deep knowledge and expertise in delivering end-to-end change management strategies, using a range of tools and practices to plan and implement change programs successfully
  • assess impacts by evaluating the gap between current and proposed future states to identify impacted stakeholders as well as the risks and benefits of the change
  • lead the development of integrated, actionable and targeted change management activities (eg, change strategy and plan, stakeholder communication plans, resistance management plans, knowledge and education, change readiness etc.)
  • assess risks and business impacts resulting from the changes being introduced and ensure appropriate mitigations and interventions are in place to address
  • coach for change by developing support strategies to enable leaders to plan, encourage, manage and sustain their teams through change. Collectively, building our people's change agility and readiness.

You have (technical skills)

  • Excellent knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools with practical understanding of contemporary Organisational Change Management practices
  • A great understanding of how to apply change management practices in agile, waterfall and hybrid environments
  • A strong understanding of how people respond to change and use that to design effective strategies that support response to change
  • Vast experience working in complex environments
  • Expert analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, issues and risks associated with change
  • Strong strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business strategy and operational goals into a realistic change plan to achieve people orientated outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Essential:

  • Proven experience leading change in large scale and complex programs with a minimum of 5+ years experience
  • PROSCI or equivalent formal change management qualification
