About Us:

At DANS In Home Care, we provide personalized, client-centered services to individuals (aged and disability) with complex health needs and high care physical disabilities. We're seeking an inspiring Care Worker – Team Leader who's passionate about leading, coaching, and delivering exceptional care.

The Role:

As the Care Worker – Team Leader, you'll lead a dedicated team of Care Workers, ensuring quality service and providing mentorship. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, their families, and the operations team. This hybrid role balances hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, offering you the chance to make an impact both in service delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, mentor, and support Care Workers to deliver client-focused services.


• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Standards.


• Develop client support plans, advocate for client feedback, and collaborate with Care Managers.


• Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.


• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure team compliance.

Selection Criteria:


• Relevant qualifications (Cert IV minimum) in Disability/Community Services, Nursing, Social Work, or related fields.


• Proven experience in team leadership or service coordination in disability/community services.


• Strong knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care Standards.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
