About The Role
Mounties Group is seeking a vibrant and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Mount Pritchard on a full-time 16-month contract with the potential to extend.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for being the key contact for operational teams in the development of a local marketing calendar that encompasses marketing and event strategies and initiatives to promote the clubs brand, services and offers across our Western Site venues Mounties, Mekong, Triglav, Opulence 254 and Major Fun.
Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive membership, and promote events, offers, entertainment and promotions
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Manage and update the venues presentation and google business, website content, ensuring it reflects current events, entertainment, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Manage allocated marketing and entertainment budget and KPIs
- Collaborate with communications team to develop and execute campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative agencies to develop marketing materials
- Maintain brand standards across all interactions
- Interpret marketing data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and report on results
- Interpret customer behaviour and suggest marketing strategies to boost engagement
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for promotional collaborations and sponsorships
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
IN YOUR TOOLKIT
To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or club industry
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline is highly regarded
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute marketing ideas.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality and event marketing trends is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed, depending on event schedules.
