We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team at Gloria Jean's Carnes Hill In this role, you'll be involved in all areas of café operations — from preparing coffee and food to serving customers and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages to brand standards
  • Assist with basic food preparation and handling
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a great store vibe

About You:

  • Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred
  • A quick learner with strong multitasking skills
  • Great communication and teamwork abilities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings and public holdays
  • Barista experience is a bonus, but training can be provided for the right person

Job Types: Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $16.04 – $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
