About The Role

At Sportsbet, we're passionate about our customers, and we're looking for people who share that same energy. Join our Darwin-based Contact Centre in a casual role and get amongst the action during some of the biggest moments in sport - from the AFL and NRL seasons and finals through to the iconic Spring Racing Carnival.

As a Casual Customer Service Advisor, you'll be part of a high-performing team that delivers "best in class" service and creates unforgettable experiences for our customers. You'll be right in the thick of it during peak sporting periods, helping Aussies enjoy their favourite events, all while gaining access to excellent training and career development opportunities.

Please note: Shifts will vary and will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We're especially looking for team members who are available during our busiest seasons, AFL, NRL, and Spring Racing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling betting inquiries and providing general customer support across multiple channels; phone, email, and live chat.
  • Solving customer problems efficiently with a focus on detail and delivering great outcomes.
  • Logging clear, concise notes in our customer database.
  • Learning new systems quickly and always keeping the customer front of mind.

What We're Looking For:

  • You must be a citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa that allows full-time work
  • Previous customer service experience is essential and contact centre experience is a big plus.
  • You'll have excellent verbal communication skills as this is a phone-based role
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential, especially during key sporting events.

You'll need to be available for 3 weeks of full-time training commencing 16th July, including Saturdays & Sundays.
