About the Role

This role provides essential support to students and teachers by assisting with learning activities, fostering student engagement, and facilitating communication between the school, students, and families. Working under the guidance of academic staff, you will help assess and support student learning needs, both individually and in groups. The position also involves assisting with classroom preparation, supervising learning programs, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will support students with their physical needs and uphold appropriate behaviours when engaging with children. This role requires discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to student well-being and development.
