About the role

Join the growing team at Clean Coast pty' as a Weed control bush regeneration specialist. In this full-time position based in Newcastle NSW 2300, you will play a vital role in maintaining the natural beauty of our coastal environments.

What you'll be doing

Identify and selectively remove invasive weeds using a range of techniques including herbicide application chainsaw use and revegetation

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards

Maintain detailed records and reporting on project activities and

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in weed control and bush regeneration, ideally within a coastal or bushland environment

Chemical certificate

Chainsaw ticket

First aid certificate or ability to aquire asap

Strong working knowledge of native and invasive plant species identification and management

Proficiency in the safe and effective use of herbicides and other weed control tools and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
