About Us

Olivet Theological Seminary (OTS) is an Evangelical Christian institution based in New South Wales, dedicated to theological education, ministerial training, and academic research rooted in the authority of the Bible.

As a member seminary within the Olivet Assembly network—an association of Bible-centered churches and para-church ministries founded by alumni of Olivet Theological College and Seminary—OTS partners with the Australia University College of Divinity ) to offer accredited programs such as the Certificate of Christian Studies, Bachelor of Theology, and Master of Divinity.

About the Role

The Seminary seeks a qualified Education Manager (Head of Faculties) to oversee academic and administrative operations across its theological programs. The successful candidate will lead curriculum development, manage faculty coordination, ensure compliance with educational standards, and promote excellence in Christian education and ministerial formation.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide academic leadership and coordination across the Seminary's faculties and programs.

· Develop, review, and implement theological curricula consistent with Evangelical doctrine and partner university standards.

· Supervise and mentor academic staff, ensuring quality teaching and learning outcomes.

· Liaise with accrediting institutions and maintain regulatory compliance.

· Facilitate student engagement and oversee the quality of online and in-person delivery.

· Represent the Seminary in academic and ministry partnerships within Oceania.

Skills and Experience Required

· Doctor of Ministry, Theology, or Divinity, or PhD in Christian Theology (from an Evangelical Christian higher education institution).

· Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a similar academic leadership position (must be in theological or academic education, not vocational training).

· Demonstrated Evangelical Christian faith for more than ten years, with stable church attendance within the past five years.

· Proven cross-cultural leadership experience.

· Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in English.

Ability to work onsite at Mangrove Creek, NSW from Monday to Friday on a full-time basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,047.00 per year
