**Job Summary**: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Multi-Functional Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a versatile professional who is adept at managing various tasks across Customer Service, Event Support, Diary Management, Marketing, Product Support, and Process Maintenance.

Koori Curriculum is a multiple award winning Aboriginal early childhood consultancy based on the Central Coast, NSW. Consultants at the Koori Curriculum facilitate a range of professional development programs and workshops for educators that help guide the inclusion of Aboriginal perspectives in early childhood curriculums.

The Koori Curriculum is operated by Jessica Staines a Wiradjuri woman, early childhood teacher and passionate educational community member, with ties to many advocacy groups on both national and international platforms.

Jessica and the team at Koori Curriculum continue to innovate and create new and diverse ways to reach educators across Australia and the world, adding to the ever-expanding suite of products and services including podcasts, educational resources, exclusive publications, webinars, online summits, conferences, in-services and planning days.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
- Process orders, manage returns and refunds, and provide product information.
- Maintain customer records and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collect feedback.
- Attract potential customers and assist in developing a knowledge base.
- Track customer service metrics.

**Event Support**:

- Manage incoming calls, bookings, and customer queries.
- Assist customers in choosing suitable training and product options and process booking requests.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling requests, and resolve issues.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with customers and speakers to confirm details.

**Diary Management & Appointment Support**:

- Coordinate schedules and maintain accurate booking records.
- Support internal stakeholders and complete administrative tasks.
- Process bookings, manage rescheduling, and collect payment information.
- Follow up with customers to confirm details and ensure record accuracy.

**Product Support**:

- Support learning platforms and manage group requests.
- Monitor live webinars and maintain products.
- Handle product enquiries, stock ordering, and stock level maintenance.

**Process Set Up & Maintenance**:

- Map processes, document, train teams, and maintain procedures.
- Set up and maintain processes in Asana.

**Team Support**:

- Participate in team meetings and provide Slack support.
- Update Asana and assist with phone calls and ad-hoc meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience working in early childhood settings is essential for the role
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient with ZenDesk, ActiveCampaign (basic), Canva and Shopify (basic)
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite (basic), and Xero (basic).

**Job Types**: Freelance, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
