About the role
Loral Ipsum is seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our excellent team in Bayswater, VIC. This full-time role is an integral part of our Manufacturing operations, responsible for simple shuttle work between our three sites located only 1km apart. Working Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm only this job is a walk in the park for any good operator.
What you'll be doing
- Operate a modern DAF heavy rigid vehicle to transport components and finished goods between our three sites.
- Forklift Loading and Unloading where required.
- Keep the truck clean and in tip top shape.
- Maintain any delivery and receivable paperwork as required.
- Adhere to all road rules, company policies and health & safety procedures.
What we're looking for
- Valid HR driver's licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience driving heavy rigid vehicles
- General Forklift Licence with loading and unloading experience.
- Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a generally happy outlook.
