About Us
A2Z Golf is a leading distributor and customisation specialist of premium product within the golf industry located on the Mornington Peninsula. We service customers in Australia and New Zealand with headwear/apparel and accessories.
We are a growing company and are looking for a highly organised and proactive admin/ production support officer to keep our production communication running smoothly.
The Role
This is a pivotal operations role responsible for managing the administrative production process liaising between customers and our production team. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and is highly organised.
You will be responsible for:
· Receive and review orders from customers and sales representatives
· Liaise with the production team to ensure correct decoration file formats
· Coordinate customer artwork approvals, embroidery samples and manage digital proofs
· Coordinate between multiple departments
· Troubleshoot delays, product issues, or artwork concerns
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date records including general administrative tasks
· Collaborate with our sales team to manage expectations, timelines, and stock availability
What We're Looking For
· Experience in data entry and administrative support is essential
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
· Very organised, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across multiple orders
· Excellent communicator - written, verbal, internal and external
· solutions-focused
· Tech-savvy and confident with spreadsheets, Microsoft office and potentially embroidery and design software – Wilcom, Adobe.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
