UGL are currently seeking a number of Trades Assistants to work on our site at APLNG in Gladstone to provide a range of maintenance, shutdown and project services for a Curtis Island LNG facility. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Trades Assistant

In This Role, You Will

  • Participate in daily pre-start meetings.
  • Perform assembly and dismantling operations, such as screwing and bolting
  • Transport tools, materials and work pieces to and from sites or workbenches
  • Actively participate in the project specific training programs, and other programs which support achievement of project goals
  • Work with the warehouse and storeroom teams

To be considered for the role, you will hold the following skills and experience:

  • White Card
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in a storeroom/warehouse
  • Forklift Ticket (Desireable)
  • Working at heights
  • Working in confined space
  • Expeirence working in Oil and Gas
