We're a fast-moving renewable energy company doing things differently — and we're looking for a People & Culture Advisor who enjoys variety, embraces change and brings energy, initiative and curiosity to their work.

What You'll Do
You'll play a central role across our People & Culture function, including:

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a growing, high-performing team
  • Supporting leaders with performance conversations, coaching and practical people advice
  • Assisting with employee relations matters with fairness, clarity and professionalism
  • Supporting the learning, training and development activities across the business
  • Contributing to wellbeing, engagement, recognition and diversity initiatives
  • Supporting change and communication as our business evolves
  • Helping maintain HR compliance, policies and data integrity using Employment Hero
  • Building relationships that strengthen our culture and employee experience

This is a role where you'll truly get to influence outcomes and make a noticeable difference.

What You'll Bring

  • Qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or similar
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to navigate changing environments with confidence
  • Experience with HR systems (Employment Hero or Litmos is a bonus)
