About the Role:

  • Positions Available: 2 (Support Worker / Mentor)

  • Location: Perth, Western Australia. South of the River (Cockburn Area)

  • Schedule: Casual with flexible hours with the opportunity to go part time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support and mentorship to participants, aiding them in making friends, achieving personal goals, and engaging in enjoyable activities.

  • Act as a positive role model, guiding participants through educational pursuits, employment opportunities, and personal growth milestones.

  • Work closely with families, understanding and adapting to each unique family dynamic, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Have experience in mental health, disability support, teaching or health services.

  • Exhibit compassion, patience, and a passion for making a real difference.

  • Demonstrate initiative, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to working collaboratively with families and our team.

  • Are motivated by challenges and driven by a desire to help others live their best lives.
