About the RoleDuties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control plant processes and equipment to maintain optimal plant performance.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain process equipment, including pumps, valves, and control systems.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and respond to safety incidents or emergencies.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and planners to prioritise production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, process parameters, and equipment maintenance tasks.
  • Identify, report and troubleshoot process issues, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and improvements.
About you
  • Proven experience as an Operator with processing and monitoring exposure preferred.
  • Must be fit to perform physical work and be comfortable to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, & attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hazardous environment. Wearing task appropriate PPE, clean shave policy applies for breathing apparatus if required
