Bunbury, Western Australia Programmed Skilled Workforce Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Currently seeking Casual Shift Operators for a 24/7 manufacturing plant in Dardanup, south of Bunbury. Join a leading Australian supplier of premium decorative surfaces with over 80 years in the industry. Roles are on a rotating 2-day, 2-night, 4-off shift schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining product supply to production lines, with opportunities to upskill as a multi-skilled process operator.

About your new role:

  • Safe operation of forklifts with ugly loads
  • Operate forklift to move product between storage and plant
  • Work within a team environment
  • Identify maintenance issues with plant/equipment
  • Willing to upskill across different plant/equipment through buddy system training.

About You:

  • Previous experience in industrial environment desirable but not required.
  • C Class drivers licence
  • Current High-Risk license (Forklift)
  • Experience with ugly loads highly regarded
  • Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team;
  • Ability to work on a shift roster;
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
