Successful candidate will be supported by Corbet's Groups existing operations and resources to ensure successful outcomes that build on the business's reputation built over more than 40 years.
With an immediate start, we are seeking an organised, proactive Project Support Administrator to join our team. This is a key support role, helping keep everything on track with admin, coordination, and general project support, so things run smoothly from start to finish.
This role will be focused on our Civil Operations in the Coal industry through onboarding, data entry, reporting, monitoring, and documentation tasks. Experience in the coal and civil industry would be an asset, though not essential.
Based in the Nebo/Coppabella, this job could be a local DIDO out role or camp accommodation supplied.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in project coordination and administration
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Manage logistics for team members
- Daily data entry for EOM reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all staff and contractors remain compliant with documentation requirements
- Support team members with administrative tasks
- Maintain project files and documentation
- General office and project admin tasks as required
