At Australian Unity, we're on a mission to transform how health and care is delivered in our local communities. Across our Home Health platform, we're working together—differently—to plan and deliver better care, helping Australians live well and age even better.

Within our Health Concierge – Clinical Team, we deliver personalised and streamlined best-practice clinical service triaging, prioritisation, clinical referral reviews, and escalations across a variety of programs spanning care, recovery, and treatment. Our goal is simple: to match the right resource to the right need, at the right time—to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers.

Your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health or Nursing professional to lead a high-performing clinical scheduling team. Based in West Perth, WA, and supporting a team initially up to 5, this role combines clinical insight with day-to-day operational leadership in a hybrid working environment (2 days from home).

As the Health Concierge Clinical Team Leader, you will manage referral flows from hospitals, aged care, and internal partners, translating them into clinically guided service accounts. You will support and coach your team, respond to clinical queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including escalation management and workload allocations.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing with current AHPRA registration essential
  • 2 years+ recent experience in a leadership capacity (e.g., NUM, Shift Leader) is essential
  • Strong operational mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Scheduling and rostering experience (highly desirable)
  • Skilled in managing a mixed team (clinical and non-clinical)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Excellent delegation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

What Success Looks Like

  • Confidently translating clinical referrals into efficient, quality care outcomes
  • Uplifting your team's capability in scheduling, triage, and clinical interpretation
  • Contributing to workforce planning, resourcing decisions, and system improvements
  • Leading with empathy, clarity, and purpose to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Why Join Us?
