About the role

As the experienced pharmacy assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our pharmacy located within a Priceline Pharmacy in a thriving retail hub in Brisbane's north. This full-time role involves leading a dedicated team of pharmacy professionals, ensuring the efficient, customer-focused delivery of our healthcare services, and driving overall store performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Mentoring a team of pharmacy assistants and technicians
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience for all customers
  • Overseeing inventory management, stock ordering, and loss prevention
  • Implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures
  • Driving sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and promotions
  • Collaborating with the wider team on strategic initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and standards

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a Priceline pharmacy  in a retail pharmacy management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management and loss prevention
  • Sound understanding of pharmacy regulations and operational best practices
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving sales growth
  • Relevant qualifications in pharmacy or a related healthcare field
