Painter Foreperson 3Position PurposeThe Painter Foreperson 3 is responsible for managing staff, materials, and equipment on assigned projects to ensure safe, profitable, and customer-focused delivery. This role ensures that project budgets are met or exceeded, with strong emphasis on hours, materials, equipment hire, and subcontractor costs.The Foreperson promotes a positive team culture, maintains high standards of safety and quality, and provides leadership to painters and apprentices.
