Brightstar Resources (ASX: BTR) owns and operates the Second Fortune and Fish Gold Mines in the Laverton Goldfields region of Western Australia, with projects extending across Laverton, Menzies, and Sandstone.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Geologist to be part of our dynamic team focused on ramping up the mine operations at a narrow vein underground mine on an 8/6 roster.

Leading a small team with responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities, you will

  • Manage all geology functions on small UG, narrow vein gold mine
  • Drive ongoing development of mine geological models and interpretations to enable efficient recovery of the orebody
  • Manage grade control activities
  • Provide governance of mine production, reconciliation, and geological data collection
  • Develop block models

You will have significant experience as a Senior Geologist in underground mining with narrow vein gold experience (desirable), tertiary qualificviations in geology, and leapfrog experience (desirable).
