The Role 

Step into a leadership role and make a real impact We have an exciting opportunity for a Terminal Supervisor, to join our Geraldton Operations team on a permanent full-time basis (4:4 roster).

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of Plant Operators and work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient receival, storage, and export of grain.

Key Responsibilities 

Provide support and coaching for personnel to ensure compliance with CBH Safety requirements Conduct, lead or participate in safety audits, investigations and initiatives as requiredProvide coaching, feedback, and guidance to the grain protection team, including completion of Annual Development Reviews (ADRs)Coordinate the planning, rostering, and scheduling of the grain protection team to meet operational requirementsConduct and participate in development initiatives, including providing on-the-job training and conducting toolbox/pre-start meetings as requiredSupervise personnel to ensure that CBH productivity targets Support the Terminal Manager to achieve maximum Site efficiency and minimise costs 

About You: 

Demonstrated experience working in a team-orientated, operational environmentProven commitment to a 'Safety first' cultureProven ability to plan and communicate effectivelyCompetent in the operation of MS Office suite of productsDemonstrated experience supervising or leading a team (desirable)
