Cellar Door Attendants

We are looking for Cellar Door Attendants to join Doma's latest Restaurant venture at our stunning Shaw Estate in a casual capacity.

As a Cellar Door attendant, you will be responsible for providing seated wine tastings to customers and processing sales of wine, food and other merchandise. You will deliver exceptional customer service experience by delivering a high standard of service and wine education.

To be successful you must possess the following:

• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Available for day and weekend shifts
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary (training will be provided)
• Previous experience with a variety of wines is desired but not necessary for attendant roles
• Providing exceptional customer service experience to customers
• Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and a positive guest experience
• Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
• Desire, passion, and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
• Initiative and the ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team
