Casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant

Location: Murrumbateman, NSW

Eden Road Wines is a leading, award-winning boutique wine producer based in Murrumbateman, just outside Canberra. We are passionate about delivering high-quality wines and memorable tasting experiences to our guests.

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our Cellar Door team as a Sales Assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in wine.

What We're Looking For:

  • A professional, fun, and welcoming personality
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
  • Experience with POS systems (or willingness to learn)
  • A valid NSW RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Interest in wine and wine education
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be Australian Resident

Your Role Will Include:

· Assisting the Cellar Door Manager with day-to-day operations

· Welcoming visitors and conducting wine tastings

· Providing an engaging, educational, and memorable experience for guests

· Processing transactions accurately using POS

· Maintaining a clean and organised cellar door space

· Packing online or cellar door orders for delivery

· Restocking and inventory support as required

Availability:

· Regular Saturday shifts

· Potential for additional shifts on Sunday and/or when the Cellar Door Manager is on leave.

Full training will be provided
