The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

· Eager to build meaningful relationships with students, especially those who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from school.

· Creative in teaching and supporting literacy and/or numeracy to students who are academically behind.

· Interested in trauma-informed practice and techniques (training provided).

· Flexible in the management and delivery of student support.

· New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Highly Regarded Qualifications

Candidates with the following will be highly regarded:

· Experience working with students with specific learning disabilities or communication disorders.

· Capacity to teach across multiple learning areas.

· LR/MR license and ability to drive a bus.
