The Role

As our Lead Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care to patients across a range of general and cosmetic dental treatments
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical team to ensure best practices and exceptional patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with practice management to drive clinic performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with patients and fostering a culture of trust and care
  • Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and promoting clinical excellence within the team

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a dentist and full working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and upholding clinical standards
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring others
