About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team at DB Dental Brighton practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can motivate and empower their team to deliver exceptional patient care and service. As the Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for leading by example and combining dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally and every patient receives a positive experience.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
  • Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience Desirable
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration
  • An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Current professional indemnity insurance
