Stock Controller – CONDELL PARK, 2200, NSW at TABOOKAI INTERNATIONAL

What is expected from the role:

A vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is located in optimum location to facilitate sales demand and ensuring efficient stock management processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all apparel SKUs.
  • Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure stock availability aligns with demand.
  • Maintain inventory systems and update stock records accurately.
  • Manage re-labelling requirements resulting from sizing changes, production delays, or insufficient planning.
  • Ensure all purchase order from the warehouses are completed accurately and followed through in a timely manner.
  • Liaise regularly with Custom
  • Perform other duties consistent with the role and as directed from time to time.

What are we looking for?

Experience

Bachelor's degree; formal qualification in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

2-3 years' industry Experience preferably in Apparel Industry

  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
