We're on the lookout for skilled and passionate experienced section waiter to join our front-of-house team at the stunning **Lotus Barangaroo.**

Our restaurant is fast-paced yet refined, operating 7 days a week,.This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable dining experiences, has excellent product knowledge, and excels in dynamic, high-energy environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to our valued guests, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of our menu offerings and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure the proper setup of tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and cocktail service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Available Monday to Sunday, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
