Murdoch Business School is a dedicated part of the College of Business, delivering high-quality programs across our Perth, Singapore and Dubai campuses. We combine face-to-face and online learning to create flexible, engaging experiences for students.

Our two key disciplines—Management and Marketing and Accounting and Finance—provide a wide range of specialisations, including management, marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, accounting and finance. Programs include Bachelor of Business degrees, combined degrees with law and entrepreneurship and postgraduate options such as the MBA and Master of Professional Accounting.

Your New Role

We are currently inviting applications for a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and/or Operations Management/Supply Chain/Logistics OR in International Business, International Negotiation, Cross- cultural management.

The position is offered on a continuous, full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) and comes with a competitive remuneration package $135K – $156K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

As our newest team member, you will contribute to high-quality teaching, impactful research and meaningful service within the school.

This role is ideal for experienced academics ready to take on greater leadership. You'll help shape curriculum and course development, lead research initiatives, and take on broader responsibilities across the School and University.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Doctoral Qualification: PhD in Management or Marketing.
• Curriculum & Teaching Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum design and pedagogy; able to teach across subject areas.
• Teaching Excellence: Proven success in delivering engaging and effective teaching.
• Research Achievement: Strong record of leading and contributing to impactful research.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal English communication.
