Description Of The Role
JAG is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new boutique in Byron Bay, and we're seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Part Time Sales Assistant to become a vital part of our team.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of store presentation.

About You

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • A natural brand ambassador with the ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
  • A strong passion for fashion, styling, and current industry trends.
  • Thrive on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrications, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
