RSPCA Qld are seeking dedicated Op Shop Supervisor for a permanent part-time role at our Toowoomba store In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, look after our incredible volunteers, and ensure our customers enjoy a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. As part of RSPCA's growing op shop network, you will contribute to achieving sales targets, driving community donations, and supporting our mission to change lives.

• Represent the RSPCA Qld Op Shop team and brand through your passion for all things preloved and second-hand and encourage the same within your team to create a positive supportive store atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Op Shop Store Manager, to support the goals and mission of the RSPCA Qld.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Train and support volunteers.
• Drive sales to achieve set targets.
• Oversee and review all goods for sale in the store.
• Direct and monitor the daily register opening & closing procedures.
• Manage and periodically review the shop's pricing list.

About you

You'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may also include:

• Confident in retail and must have demonstrated supervisor experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of fashion and clothing brands.
• Proven visual/merchandising skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including manual handling, bending, kneeling, and reaching, to carry out essential merchandising duties and assisting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound computer skills.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to supervise & provide direction to a small team.

Please note: We're looking for someone who can commit to one weekend day each week plus weekday shifts.
