Clinical Manager | Full-Time | Adelaide

As Clinical Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership across the ICU, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care to critically ill patients. Your expertise in intensive care nursing, combined with your ability to mentor and support a multidisciplinary team, will be pivotal to the unit's success.

What we're looking for:

  • Current Ahpra registration
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience in an ICU or critical care setting
  • Strong clinical expertise in intensive or critical care nursing
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Visa sponsorship available for candidates currently living in Australia
