We believe resistance training is the foundation of lifelong health and vitality. We're not into fads or quick fixes. Everything we do is intentional and designed to help our members build strength, improve mobility, and improve their long-term health.

Since opening in February 2024, we've expanded our classes, grown and built a culture centered on community, strength, movement and longevity.

We're looking for a passionate coach to join our team who shares a similar philosophy around training and health.

The Role

You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality coaching and supporting our growing community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching group sessions (morning, lunch & evening and capped at 10)
  • Delivering 1-on-1 personal training (leads provided)
  • Running new client inductions
  • Participating in fortnightly team meetings & upskilling sessions
  • Helping organize and support community & social events

This role offers room to grow into additional responsibilities for the right person.

Must Have:

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Experience coaching the fundamental lifts
  • Solid understanding of programming & periodization
  • Ability to liaise with physios and modify sessions for injuries/mobility needs
  • Integrity, professionalism, and no ego

Nice to Have (but not essential):

  • Level 1 strength & conditioning certification
