About the role

Ready to shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Pace Farm? Join us as a Power BI & Automation Developer and play a pivotal role in delivering our next-generation analytics platform. We're on a mission to unify our data, empower every team with actionable insights, and automate business processes that drive operational excellence. You'll be at the heart of our transformation—building interactive dashboards, streamlining workflows, and integrating cutting-edge analytics tools across Microsoft 365. Your expertise will help unlock the full potential of our data, enabling smarter, faster decisions from the farm to the boardroom.

What you'll do

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• Apply data visualization best practices to ensure usability, accessibility, and storytelling impact.

• Data transformation using Power Query (M) and build calculations using DAX for KPIs and measures.

• Publish, manage, and share reports securely via Power BI Service or embedded solutions.

• Build and maintain automated workflows across Microsoft 365 and external systems.

• Develop custom Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

• Create alert and notification flows to complement Power BI dashboards.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions.

What We're Looking For

• At least three years hands-on experience as Power BI Developer: skilled in building interactive dashboards and visualisations that engage users.

• At least three years Power Automate skills: automating workflows across Microsoft 365 and external systems.

• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret business requirements into clear, visual solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working cross functionally to clarify requirements and deliver insights that tell a story.

• Able to translate business needs into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

• Hands-on exposure to ERPs such as Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
