Tick Box Conveyancing has a full-time position available for a Junior Receptionist/Administration Assistant in our Moonee Ponds office. This will be a fulfilling role as part of a small team in a supportive environment.

About the role

  • greet clients and visitors on arrival in a professional manner
  • assist management and team members with general administrative tasks as required
  • data entry
  • organise meetings and prepare minutes
  • provide regular contributions to the review and customisation of administration processes
