At Kalon Meraki, Ability in Disability & Myka Place we're more than just a service provider we're a family. Our newest venture, Myka House in Nedlands, is a purpose-designed respite and therapy home for children with disabilities, built on warmth, inclusivity, and care. We're now looking for passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will provide evidence-based therapy services both at Myka House and in the homes of families we support, ensuring care is meaningful and practical. A core part of your role will be writing high-quality reports for NDIS plan reviews, advocating for the supports children need to thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering individualised therapy programs that achieve real outcomes.
  • Completing detailed NDIS plan review reports with strong clinical justification.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to support holistic outcomes.
  • Engaging and empowering families and carers to build confidence and skills.
  • Contributing to innovative programs at Myka House that combine respite with therapy.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualified and registered with AHPRA (OT/Physio) or SPA (Speech Pathology).
  • Experience working with children and young people with disabilities.
  • Strong skills in NDIS reporting and family-centred practice.
  • A creative, compassionate, and collaborative approach.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR.
