We're looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Mudgee branch. What you'll be doing

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of belt splicers, trainees, and trades employees

Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure all equipment is safe and fit for purpose

Plan and coordinate shutdowns, inspections, and audits

Work hands-on with pulley and bearing maintenance when required

Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality outcomes

Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all WHSE requirements

What we're looking for

Certificate of Proficiency in Engineering – Mechanical (Fabrication-qualified applicants also considered)

Strong experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Leadership skills - proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop teams

Dogging & Rigging tickets highly regarded

Excellent communication and client engagement skills

Commitment to the highest WHSE standards

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
