Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Neurosensory Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Join Our Passionate Team and Make a Positive Difference in Our Clients' Lives Through Better Hearing
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
full-time Audiologist
to join our well-established clinics in Sydney Metro.

We offer an advanced range of diagnostic services and tailored hearing solutions, and we have built a strong reputation for our commitment to patient-centred care. As part of Sonova, the leading manufacturer of innovative hearing care solutions, present in over 100 countries, our talented and passionate employees contribute to something greater than themselves – creating a life without limitations through the sense of hearing.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assist clients with hearing and balance issues by providing professional recommendations for the best rehabilitation options and developing clear rehabilitation programs tailored to their difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and budget.
  • Conduct clinical assessments in line with current best practices and the Company's clinical protocols, communicating assessment results and subsequent recommendations effectively.
  • Meet our clients' needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
  • Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.

What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role?

  • 2-5 years' experience in Adult Rehabilitation; diagnostic experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Currently hold, or eligible for, full membership with AudA or ACAud
  • Strong audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high and varied caseload while demonstrating sound clinical judgement.
  • Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • A desire to support team members and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.

What's in It for You?

  • A competitive fixed salary based on your experience and expertise, rather than the number of hearing aids fitted.
  • Regular support and mentoring from your Senior Clinician in Charge and management team to help you grow as an Audiologist.
  • The opportunity to work alongside co-located ENT surgeons, exposing you to a wide range of complex cases in a collaborative environment.
  • A broad scope of services, including adult hearing aid rehabilitation, paediatric assessments, electrophysiology and balance assessments, implantable hearing devices, and tinnitus management.
  • Be part of a dynamic and supportive team within a global company at the forefront of innovation in the hearing industry.
  • An environment where clinician input is highly valued, allowing you to be heard and make a difference.
  • A values-driven and people-centred culture.
  • Access to discounts from over 500 retailers across Australia via our Employee Enrichment Hub.
  • Paid Parental Leave.
