Fuller Sports Club, located on the south side of Cairns, is the sister venue to Brothers Leagues Club and home to the vibrant Edmonton Bowls Club. The Role

As a Chef at Fuller Sports Club, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and flair.
  • Supporting the smooth operation of our food outlets.
  • Assisting the Head Chef with menu development and recipe creation.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver consistent excellence.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS and food safety standards.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
