Nursery Hand  - Dalby

Ausplant Nursery is located in Dalby and is one of the largest wholesale production nurseries in Queensland, specialising in the production of potted plants.

Our company is seeking reliable ladies or men to join our Dispatch and Production teams.

The role will involve physical labour, which includes standing on your feet all day, lifting trays of plants, at times working outside in all weather conditions.

Duties include general nursery work including:

Staking, pruning, potting up, fertilizing, weeding, quality control, grading plants, stock movement, loading and unloading of plants.

Selecting saleable plants from batches, labelling, preparation of stock for sales and order packing

You will need to be:

  • Physically fit, healthy and energetic
  • Able to keep up in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable with good communication skills

You must be able to work Monday to Thursday and some Fridays from 7am to 5pm.
