What We Need You For:
Join our dedicated team as a Nursery Allrounder to help deliver efficient, safe, and high-quality plant production. You'll be part of a collaborative team contributing to propagation, potting, irrigation, pest and disease management, and general nursery maintenance.

Your Key Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day nursery operations, including potting, planting, irrigation, fertilising, pruning, and weeding.
- Support propagation activities and prepare growing media and containers.
- Maintain plant health and presentation to meet company quality standards.
- Help load and unload stock for delivery and dispatch.
- Operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.
- Participate in toolbox meetings, training, and continuous improvement activities.
What You Need:
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- A strong work ethic — honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors (it can get hot).
- Previous nursery or horticultural experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Certificate III in Production Nursery or Horticulture (desirable).
