The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment
- Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
- Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen
- Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
- Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes

What We need from you:

- Passion for delivering great service
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, or Prep Chef
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
