- Driver's Licence: You MUST have a Manual driver's licence to help with transporting equipment and materials to our various job sites.
- Creative and Practical: We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and develop themselves in creative solutions to gardening and simple landscaping challenges.
- Customer Service: Do you genuinely care for our clients? Do you have a keen eye for tidiness and very miner finer details?

- Variety of work: No two days are the same here. In the realm of gardening, you'll see full garden strip outs all the way to delicate pruning and common maintenance programs requiring "Zero Turn" ride on mower operation, whipper snipping, hedging, weeding, hand mowing, and spraying. When required for landscaping you'll experience building boulder walls, paving, creek system construction, full plant outs, steel/timber arbor constructions, steel garden edging, building drystone walls, new lawn and irrigation installation, retaining walls, and custom designed timber and steel structures, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects that will keep things interesting.
