Attria is a vibrant neighbourhood wine bar in the heart of Richmond, known for its welcoming atmosphere, curated wine list, creative cocktails, and regularly returning customers. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic wait staff member to join our close-knit team and help us deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a restaurant or bar environment, with the ability to three-plate carry and a current, valid RSA certificate. While bar experience - particularly with wine and cocktails - is an advantage, it is not essential. What matters most is a strong customer focus, a professional yet charismatic presence, and the ability to make every guest feel welcome and well looked after.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, attends quickly to customer needs, and takes pride in keeping the floor tidy and running smoothly. Attention to detail is key - whether that's ensuring place settings are correct, monitoring the progress of drinks and meals, or maintaining a polished and ready dining space.

Charisma, personality, and a genuine passion for food, wine, beer, or cocktails will help you connect with our team and our guests. We value staff who bring warmth and character to their role while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

This casual role offers between 10 and 20 hours per week during our operating hours from Tuesday to Sunday. Availability for late nights on Friday and/or Saturday is a requirement, though we are extremely flexible regarding requests for time off.
