About the Role:

Tidal Solutions is looking for expressions of interest for upcoming works in the new year in the Northwest region. We are seeking Painter Blasters, Boilermakers/Welders (Coded) and intermediate Riggers.

These roles involve fast-paced shutdowns and ongoing project work with long-term permanent 12/9 roster opportunities for the right candidates. 

We're looking for flexible team players who can thrive in dynamic environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Role Requirements:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
  • Valid Driver's C-class Licence
  • Working at Heights (3 years validity)
  • Confined Space Entry (3 years validity)
  • Basic Fire Training (4 years validity)
  • National Police Clearance
  • EWP HRWL (Desirable) – Riggers (Valid Rigging HRWL)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical
  • Current Passport or Birth Certificate
  • All applicants must have the right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded:

  • RTIO Inductions
  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months validity)
  • MSIC (Desirable)
  • VOCs (Verification of Competency)

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous mining and shutdown experience
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
